Batty lil guy

SO UH

I did some traditional drawings while my tablet pen was missing
So I'm going to be keeping those as buffers for now

I have this idea for a cartoon/webcomic and it wont go away
It really doesn't want to be written for some reason
GO AWAY I DONT DO COMICS OR ANIMATING IM A WRITER >8U

But anyway this guy is a supporting/major character in the story.  There's a huge cast of main characters, but this guy is one of the least of them, if he's even considered a main character.  He's not super relevant and I dont have all of his kinks worked out, but his design is recycled from an old, random, story-less character of mine, so at least I can draw him.
...I have a few of the other characters drawn out too, but they arent colored.  Would anyone be interested in seeing them?

Anywho, this guy doesn't have a name yet, but he's pretty cowardly and basically the bully of the story's henchman.  He's a follower, not a leader, for sure.  He is, however, very insightful and good at reading emotions, but he sadly puts this aside to join with the bully.  He wants to do good, but he's just too cowardly to do such.

...If anyone wants to know more about this guy or the series or anything, tell me because I kinda want someone to vomit my ideas onto because they just keep building up and up in my head and blech
